BIG is a six weeks, online workshop where you will not only paint BIG but explore the ways fear and your limited beliefs about yourself keep you from living BIG as well. FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

What supplies do I need for BIG?
BIG is all about the process and very little about the painting and because of this I prefer you put little focus on having the "proper" supplies--except when it comes to having BIG paper--yes, it's important that you work BIG! For supplies..this is what you will need:

Large vellum bristol. The vellum bristol I use is 23" x 35" and I purchase it through Kelly Paper pretty dang cheap! If you are struggling finding large vellum bristol--poster board will work perfectly as well but could be a bit pricey. For the duration of BIG you will need approximately 25 pieces.

Tempera/ Acrylic/ Craft Paints. I highly encourage my FEARLESS® Painters to use cheaper paints so they won't feel "guilty" when they start busting out BIG mama paintings! The cheapest paints that work decent are Tempera paints (also known as poster paints or kid paints). Tempera paints are cheap and come in lots of fun colors. If you wish to pump up your FEARLESS® Painting Practice just a bit more--than I highly suggest purchasing Liquitex Basics and those little bottles of Craft Paints. Simply grab the primary and secondary colors of course, plus white and black--and any other colors that call your soul.

Paint Brushes. Since we're painting bigger--you will need bigger brushes! THESE BABIES are my absolute favorite brushes--but they are a tad pricey. I do recommend purchasing a medium to more expensive brush--it will save you the frustration in the end. Long handles or short is totally up to you. Pick up the brush and air paint before you purchase it--see if it feels good to you--that's the best way to decide!

Packing Tape. We use this when we go super duper creative juicy BIG!

Oil pastels. Student grade oil pastels will work fine.

Sketchbook. What ever size feels comfortable to you.

I'm worried that I don't have enough space for BIG, any advice?

This is the most common worry I hear all the time--but trust me--you can find space in even the tiniest of places. GO HERE to see how I paint BIG and how former FEARLESS® Painters have done it as well.

Do I need to be an Artist or have experience painting to benefit from BIG?
Noway! BIG is NOT about the product--it's all about the process. Actually FEARLESS® Painters with none to very little experience painting excite the kazoo out of me! BIG is your opportunity to discover how YOU paint--not a place to copy techniques and skills. Through BIG you will grow stronger in understanding and believing in your voice--which will become a strong foundation for you to pursue Art deeper if you wish.

I am an Artist--will I have to change the way I paint to benefit from BIG?
BIG is not about the way you paint--it's about what fuels your painting instead. It's about listening to our innate wisdom for direction instead of looking for inspiration outside ourselves. It's about stripping away our habits and beliefs that are getting in the way from us staying completely in the flow with Creative Source. It's about coming back to the core of what drew you to your Art practice in the first place and discovering the courage inside you to create FEARLESS® from your heart center. You don't have to change the way you paint to benefit from BIG--but the benefits you receive from BIG might change the way you paint instead!
