Especially in our technologically crazed world, it is so refreshing to receive a handwritten note or card!!! What a juicey reminder this thoughtful teacher is.

What a blessing this man is in the world. I love how he says that what he says, his letter may be the encouragement someone needs, or it might come at the time someone needs to hear it. This is teaching...and more. This is being committed to young people and their futures. Here is to the Mr. Stroups of this world and I sincerely hope that he receives in return card and or letters from all 2500 of these truly blessed people! :)

This man teaches at a school in my old neighborhood...I strongly want to drive the hour back and meet him now. Who knew what jewels were right there??

"The one letter that goes out today might be one that really encourages somebody. I don’t know who’s going to need what on what day, and I don’t know how god’s going to use this, but I wanna make sure I don’t drop the ball. Maybe this letter today is exactly what that person is going to need."

I have printed that out as inspiration for my own daily deeds.

Thank you for sharing this with us.
