This is me exhausted.
I've been working hard.
At work, in the studio, and on my workshop.
I've been feeling so Creative Juicy lately,
that I've been forgetting some major promises I've made to myself...
To stay centered in my Truth.
This is a reminder to myself--
A little string tied around my finger--
To be kind,
to listen,
and to act with LOVE
to this body that is not made of steel--
to this mind that tends to break down when overworked--
and a spirit that is way more then simply the
Creative Juicy things I do.

oh i am glad you wrote this- I've noticed how hard you've been working and was a little worried this would happen. Rest and Grace- you are very right. I need to also take this little piece of advice :)
We want to do so much, but Life will be there for us if we pause for a moment. :)
