Recently I heard something that really hit home:
Cut the crap.
Simple as that.
Cut the crap.
You want to be an Artist, Connie--you want to live a life through your Artist soul--you want Yoga to be your barometer and truth to be your guide?
Then cut the crap.
Do what you need to do.
Sit still.
Pick up the paintbrush.
Get your juicy ass on the mat.
Create that class.
Put it out there.
Be kind.
Cut the crap.
Like late night television. Procrastination. Fear.
Cut the crap.
Like people that bring you down.
Places with rotten memories.
Stupid stories you tell yourself.
Clothes that no longer fit.
Potato chips and beer.
Cut the crap.

Wonderful words of wisdom...short and to the point...words we could all learn to live by...it would solve a lot of the problems in the world.

WOW, to the point. Makes everything seem simple. We just usually over complicate our lives, all by ourselves.
I´d keep the potato chips though. ;) Lol!
Sometimes we need to give our egos a dose of reality.
Sometimes it might hurt.
Sometimes it's not welcomed.
Sometimes we leave it and not take it.
Sometimes we hit rock bottom and feel it's foolish not to take it.
Sometimes, Sometimes...
You're absolutely right Connie, we need to cut out what is not serving us because,
When it's said and done, it's not about us.
If you really get it, it's bigger than that image.
Right ON point, Connie;)
Ciao!
Um... YES. Gotta' remember this one:)
