1. By always MAKING TIME for breakfast, lunch, and dinner.
2. By making Yoga every day NON-NEGOTIABLE.
3. By eating and drinking only foods that NOURISH the body and soul.
4. By SLEEPING more then seven hours.
5. By taking time to ADMIRE the sky.
6. By accepting that what you do today IS ALWAYS ENOUGH.
7. By zapping negative thoughts with JUICY POSITIVE ones.
8. By focusing on BREATHING deeply.
9. By LISTENING to when you had enough to do/eat/say/watch/think.
10. By always BELIEVING that Connie, you know what's best for you.
