Speaking of painting....
I have taken a little break from my own personal painting practice lately
but just recently picked up the brush again!
That's the thing about creativity--about painting--
it has it's seasons. It's cycles. It's much needed moments of rest.
I don't let those "down periods" scare me anymore.
I know I'm just refueling for the next amazing adventure.

Actually he's hit a total of $38,000. so far--that's how awesome this man is!
And to create a little buzz about his upcoming campaign Matt gathered together a group of some amazing Artists to speak on why they love to paint.

Love the video for Matt LaBlanc a fellow New Brunswick artist. I just recently discovered his work on line and can't wait for an opportunity to go see it in real life.

It's always reassuring to hear that those "down periods" are normal. I used to think it meant I wasn't a "real" artist. Ha!
