I am currently writing you from paradise Santa Teresa, Costa Rica.
We are here visiting Hansel's family. This is the first time Phoenix is meeting Hansel's family--including his Grandma and Grandpa and Great-Grandma and Great-Grandpa!! It's such a treat!

I adore Costa Rica--being here is hugely healing and cleansing in so many ways.
One of the many highlights of my day has been taking an early morning stroll with Phoenix along the coast. I push him in the stroller as the ocean tide comes in and out--and once he falls asleep, I stop and sketch in my Moleskine!

I've been doing very little "work" per se--it helps that we are so snug away in the jungle that the electricity constantly goes out and internet connection is sporadic. But the little work that I have done has been extra blissful being in my little make-shift office shown above!

OK, so I got the whole scoop! I knew you and Hansel had dreams of moving down there someday and opening up a magical business of some sort... I didn't realize his family was from there. It is blissful to be by the ocean, and to see so many blues and greens! I bet Phoenix loves it-- and they must be over the moon to meet him! How long will you be there? xoxo Rochelle
